The village of Schluesselschloss sits at the bottom of the of Tuefel valley from which the river Tuefel gets its name. The village is at constant risk of flash flooding both from summer deluges and and spring meltwater.

On the south side of the river there a ruins of many buildings washed away after a summer storm three years ago. The resident priest of Sigmar blames the villagers errant ways for the villages destruction.

The village survives through subsistence farming and trapping the reik salmon as they head up river to spawn every spring, every variety of salmon can be purchased including the local delicacy Tuefel roe, which is basically salmon roe with a soft goats cheese and salt left to rot for a few months…mmmmmm…
